Teaching ESL Certificate
"A good introduction to ESL methodology!" --Pilot Session Attendee, Chinatown ESL
Piloted in the spring of 2009, the ESL Certificate is now available for all PBHA and PSN affiliates! Focused on teaching adult learners, the four hour workshop provides concrete tools and opportunities for hands-on practice, as well as an introduction to more theoretical teaching methodologies. All new PBHA ESL volunteers are required to attend this training. Please contact Cheng Li (sdc@pbha.org) with any questions.

Ideally, volunteers attend the Tutor Certificate together during a timeslot reserved for their program, but individuals are also welcome to register.
